I’m Liliana Santizo, a leadership coach and thought partner who helps leaders, founders, and mission-driven organizations grow with clarity, courage, and care.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people and purpose—bridging psychology, business strategy, and human development to help others align their identity with their leadership. I see leadership and organizational life as interconnected ecosystems—of people, values, and relationships. When we restore alignment, we restore the flow of the entire system. Every conversation, every decision, and every act of care contributes to the health of that ecosystem.
Because to me, leadership isn’t just a role—it’s a lifestyle.
My own leadership journey began in community work, where I supported immigrant families, youth + children programs, and nonprofit teams in New York. Over time, I transitioned into operations, HR, and executive leadership—designing systems, managing multimillion-dollar programs, and leading global teams.
But what transformed my career wasn’t just learning how to manage—it was learning how to listen.
To people. To purpose. To change.
That listening led me to found Florece.Life: a space that brings strategy, structure, and soul together. A space for reflection, transformation, and sustainable growth—for both people and organizations.
